Non-medical in-home personal care assistance with daily living and companionship, including live-in support

Our In-Home Services

Our non-medical in-home care services can help you care for you loved one whether you reside in the same city or from a distance. Our care managers oversee and supervise the care being provided, ensuring you and your loved one is comfortable and confident the best care is being provided. With care provided wherever your loved one resides, they remain comfortable in their own home.

  • In-Home Companionship

Our caregivers can be scheduled on shifts from 3 hours to 24 hours per day, including live-in arrangements. Schedules are flexible as to the clients needs from early in the morning to late at night. We can be there on short notice during a crisis or when care is needed immediately.

  • Outpatient & Home Health Support

When a client returns home from a hospital stay, our caregivers can be there to protect against falls, make certain medication, therapy and medical treatment plans are followed and assist in the activities of daily living.

  • Family Respite Care

We know your duties and responsibilities as a family caregiver and understand the need to take a break from those duties. As a caregiver, it is important to take care of your needs so you can provide your loved one with the best care. Our caregivers can provide a break from always being there, whether it is for shopping, church, exercise or just to get a way to have lunch with a friend. Caregivers are available if you have an out of town vacation or trip planned. Taking care of yourself is the best way to ensure you provide the best care and it gives you the ability to cope with the stress of being a caregiver. Our respite care can be arranged for just a few hours on a daily or as needed basis. Respite care allows you to relax and recharge yourself.

  • Your Care Plan

We start with a No Obligation Free Assessment of the needs of your loved one. From the initial visit, we develop a care plan that is personalized to fit you and your loved ones needs and schedule. We provide you with a written care plan which outlines the specific services provided.

Ours services include:

Companionship

We provide someone to be with your loved one during the day or night so they are not alone.

Meals

We prepare meals in their own home, from simple to complex, even a week in advance. We can also help with menu planning.

Reading - Games - Exercise - Recreation

Part of living a full life is doing the things they like to do. We help by reading, playing games and other recreational activities including taking clients to senior centers, parks, museums and fairs.

Grocery Shopping, Errands

Sometimes just getting out is difficult. We provide incidental transportation and errand running. Going to the store, medical appointments and the pharmacy are tasks we do every day.

Light Housekeeping

Normally, people feel the need to move to a facility when they can no longer maintain their own home. We help in this regard by alieviating the housekeeping. We can do laundry, cleaning and general clean up which allows our client to remain in the own home as long as safely possible.

Medication Reminders and Assistance

Taking the proper medication at the proper times is important for the health of your loved one. If you are concerned about medications, we can help by providing reminders and in certain circumstances, medication assistance. We are also able to provide equipment which can dispense medication on a controlled basis.

Home Safety Assessments

When you become a client, we go through the residence and let you know of issues which should be addressed for safety. We have a number of handyman referrals to help you fix and make sure the residence is safe for your loved one.

Personal Care and Dressing Assistance

We provide help getting up in the morning or getting ready for bed in the evening and all the personal care in-between.
