Our Caregivers

You can be assured that your caregiver will be matched to fit your needs, personality and schedule. One of the most important pieces is for your loved one to feel comfortable with our caregiver. If they are comfortable, a healthy relationship will develop and it all works for the best. All of our caregivers have the necessary skills, experience and sensitivity to provide our clients with the care they need.

Every caregiver is interviewed and screened by our care managers, have had their background checked by the appropriate state agency and trained prior to going to your loved ones home. Caregivers receive ongoing training for specific situations and needs as well as training on skills to provide the best care.

Our caregivers are fully supervised through non-scheduled in-home visits and phone interviews with our clients. All of our caregivers are treated as employees, which mean you do not need to worry about withholding taxes or paying workman's compensation insurance.
